- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆got a car battery from frenco in Kidderminster within a month or so could not get car started battery flat, got aa out told its wrong battery for the car it was too small,took it back and got another in replacement and guess what car would not start and had aa out again where he did test on battery and the battery yet again is too small for my car,wrong battery sold to me yet again. Also had other parts for oil change etc and guess what wrong items sold to me again. Does anyone in this place know what they are doing? Then phoned them up on Saturday about 2:40pm and no one answers the phone although says open until 3pm on Saturdays. My wife is Disabled and we rely on the car to get her about and too important hospital appointments. FRENCO NEED TO RETRAIN THERE STAFFBy Admin, February 23, 2018
