  Appalling service. Order wrong work top on the 10th and tried to return on the 11th to order different ones ( I needed square edge but order round edge). They couldnt offer what I needed. Alex went to do a refund, minus a re-stock charge of £54.00 but the Manager said we got to check them. Jill told us we could bring them back to the store. The Manager checked them and found fault a light scuff. My fitter who took them back, Toby Ensured they were not touched. So they got their suppliers to pick them back up. We waited 2 days for a refund with no luck. Then we called in on Saturday due to Alex failing to ring us as promised to get the refund. But they refused as they said they were waiting for there supplier to refund them. Then it got heated and we said we would ring the police. The manager walked around from the counter in a threatening manner and said ring them, but changed his mind and said just do it. They refunded us. Dont say I havent warned you. We were their customer not their suppliers. Also asked for a copy of terms and conditions of sale and Alex said she didnt have one to hand but would email them never did.
